How large is your facility and is it on one level?
Mason Health Care Center is a single story building and a small facility which means we are easy to get around for both the resident and family. Our intimate atmosphere is very appealing for those who are not comfortable with new high rise communities.
Can I decorate my room with my own furnishings and accessories?
Our rooms are furnished with appropriate furniture that will accommodate your belongings. You are welcome to bring knick-knacks and some personal items to make you feel at home.
Will the same person attend to my loved one each day or does that change frequently?
Because our facility is fairly small, our staff can typically work with the same resident regularly and they develop close relationships. While they do need a day off, some of our staff have been with us for 20+ years and they know each resident personally.
